To understand the relationship between miRNA regulation and obesity-induced diabetes, quantitatively profiled approximately 220 miRNAs in pancreatic islets, adipose tissue, and liver from diabetes-resistant and diabetes-susceptible mice to elucidate the genetic architecture of hepatic miRNA expression.
