Quercetin (QUR) is a flavonoid drug widely found in Chinese herbal medicines, fruits, leaves, vegetables, seeds and plants roots, and studies on other diseases have found that QUR has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory,anti-insulin resistance,Anti-cancer and other effects.
