Summary
This review aims at exploring the properties of polyphenols in anti-inflammation and oxidation and the mechanisms ofpolyphenols inhibiting molecular signaling pathways which are activated by oxidative stress, as well as the possible roles of poly phenols in inflammation-mediated chronic disorders.
