Summary

It is demonstrated that antibody‐superantigen proteins efficiently recruit tumor‐infiltrating lymphocytes actively producing a variety of cytokines likely to be essential for the therapeutic effects observed in the model, and encourages clinical evaluation of antibody‐targeted superantigens.
