Summary
It is shown that human thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) potently activated CD11c+ dendritic cells (DCs) and induced production of the TH2-attracting chemokines TARC (thymus and activation-regulated chemokine) and MDC (macrophage-derivedChemokine; CCL22).
