Summary
Combined proinflammatory stimuli promote distinct in vitro functional activation of neonatal or adult normal HSPCs, and selected combinations of inflammatory cytokines mainly enhanced the in vitro CXCR4-driven migration of mPB-derived CD34+ cells.
