Summary
In this communication, some of the in vitro models frequently used to study human neuroblastoma cell differentiation are discussed and recent data demonstrating that oxygen shortage, hypoxia, shifts Neuroblastoma cells toward an immature, stem cell-like phenotype are reviewed.
