Summary
The miRNA profile analysis showed a significant up-regulation in the expression of some miRs involved in neuron differentiation and motor neuron maturation, which was detected in some novel microRNAs involved in cholinergic, JAK-STAT, and Hedgehog and MAPK signaling pathways.
