Summary
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes enriched in T or B cells were exposed to ultraviolet irradiation, nitrogen mustard or methylmethane sulphonate and investigated regarding their capacity for DNA repair synthesis, determined by autoradiography as unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS).
