Summary
Sections of mouse gall bladder epithelium fixed by perfusion with buffered osmium tetroxide have been studied in the electron microscope as an example of simple columnar epithelio, which is largely a cytoplasmic and cell membrane structure, rather than being primarily intercellular in nature.
