Summary
The glucocorticoid-binding sites in the plasma membranes of rat liver appear to have the highest affinity of corticosterone, followed by cortisol and cortisone, while a synthetic glucoc Corticosterone-dexamethasone, did not show any specific binding to the liver plasma membranes.
