Micronuclei Test demonstrated do not possible detect significant mutagenic effects in the erythrocytes analyzed and for the Comet Assay, the results suggested genotoxic action of benzene, proper the gradual increase of number of cells with greatest damage class with the greatest of exposure time, indicating an effect time-dependent.
