Summary
Compared DNA from different brain regions of PD patients and neurologically healthy, age and sex matched controls was compared by bisulfite sequencing of the TNF-alpha promoter region, revealing no particular pattern in PD patients compared to control and identified no particular hypomethylated position in cortex or SNpc DNA.
