Summary
The oxidation potentials for individual phenolic antioxidants confirmed the integral nature of the analytical signals for the wines examined and positive correlations were observed between gallic acid equivalent AOC of wine and total antioxidant capacity, based on coulometric titration with electrogenerated bromine.
