Summary
Chloroplast genome-wide sequence comparison from 11 Betulaceae species and one cp genome of evergreen oak revealed that the patterns of sequence variations were congruent with two subfamily classification Betuloideae (Alnus and Betula) and Corylaceae (Corylus, Ostrya, and Carpinus).
