Summary
Upon in situ reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), the cellular location of iNOS mRNA was compatible with the immunohistochemical findings and its correlation with the expression of the enzyme protein in human buccal premalignant epithelial lesions was confirmed.
