Summary
Synthetic gene transfer vectors based on polyplexes complexed to anionic liposomes (LPDII vectors) showed significantly less cytotoxicity compared to the commonly used cationic lipsomes or PEI mediated transfection and several cell lines were transfected with high efficiency.
