Summary

The results indicated that these receptor-selective tachykinin antagonists maintain their characteristic even when tested in a multireceptor assay such as the guinea-pig bronchus, indicating that in addition to NK-1 receptors, NK-2 receptors also are present in the Guinea-Pig bronchi and belong to the same subtype (NK-2A) aspresent in the rabbit pulmonary artery.
