Summary
In recurrent and/or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (R/M-SCCHN) and oligometastatic disease, emerging data indicate long-term benefit with locally ablative techniques including metastasectomy and stereotactic radiotherapy of pulmonary but also hepatic and other distant lesions.
