Summary
Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) was a new technology for disease diagnosis and treatment with photosensitizer conducting photodynamic reaction, which gradually matured through the first-generation photoensitizers-porphyrin and its derivatives, second-generation photosensitizeder-phthalocyanine compounds, as well as third- generation photo-sensitizing compounds.
