Cases of severe asthma which presented the clinical syndrome described by Rackemann and Greene,4 and by Harkavy,5 and which, on pathologic exination, exhlbited the granulomatous extravascular lesions noted above, as well as necrotizing, inflamatory, and granulOMatous vascular ges are dealt with.
