Summary
Assessment of patients who had non-small cell lung cancer causing severe acute interstitial pneumonia in association with gefitinib found diffuse alveolar damage, which was consistent with acuteinterstitial pneumonia, should be aware of the alveolars damage induced by gefithinib.
