A new biosensor for the amperometric detection of hydrogen peroxide was developed based on the co-immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and methylene blue on a β-type zeolite modified glassy carbon electrode without the commonly used bovine serum albumin-glutaraldehyde.
