Summary

The temperature characteristics of Faraday rotator material Y3xGd3(1−x)Fe5O12 are discussed and the material with YIG molar fraction x between 0.57 and 0.7 has a small temperature coefficient of the Faraday rotation and is suitable for isolators with temperature-stable isolation.
