Summary
This study analyzed the MALDI response of multiple fatty acylated peptides in the presence of the matrices alpha-cyano-4-hydroxy cinnamic acid and 2,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid and found good signal intensity for tetrapalmitoylated peptide.
