Summary

The recombinant phage were shown to be useful as a source of antigen for this scarce malaria protein, for producing carrier-hapten conjugates for obtaining immunological reagents in rabbits, and for B epitope mapping and in mice the antibody response to the cloned antigens seems to be controlled by immune response genes.
