Summary
It is demonstrated, for the first time, that LPS suppresses Th2 responses via the TLR‐4‐dependent pathway in the EAC model and markedly suppressed immunoglobulin (Ig)E‐mediated and eosinophil‐dependent conjunctival inflammation.
