Summary
Whether neomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, has a significant effect upon the pathways of ligand endocytosis in isolated rat hepatocytes is determined and suggests that the phosphotidylinositol cycle may be involved in ligand internalization by hepatocytes.
