Summary
Single medium-based efficient protocols for large-scale multiplication of the rare woody aromatic medicinal plant Rotula aquatica Lour by means of axillary bud multiplication and indirect organogenesis were established using Murashige and Skoog medium to make the protocol economically advantageous.
