Summary
Although there are many options for locoregional or systemic therapies in the management of unresectable HCC, this review will focus specifically on transarterial radioembolization (TARE), radiofrequency (RFA)/microwave ablation (MWA), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), systemic therapy, and hospice/supportive medicine.
