Summary

In symptomatic patients without overt CAD, impaired CFR was independently associated with diastolic dysfunction and adverse events, especially HFpEF hospitalization, and the presence of both coronary microvascular and diastsolic dysfunctions was associated with a markedly increased risk ofHFpEF events.
