Summary
Analysis of RNA‐protein interactions by non‐denaturing gel electrophoresis shows that CPSF, PAB II andpoly(A) polymerase form a quaternary complex with the substrate RNA that transiently stabilizes the binding of poly(A), polymerase to the RNA 3′‐end.
