Summary
It is demonstrated that the synthesized LbL hollow nanocapsules presented spherical morphology and a good capacity to encapsulate different bioactive compounds, being the best results obtained for the system containing 5-aminosalycilic acid (with an encapsulation efficiency of approximately 70%).
