Summary
The paper describes the characterization of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in atmospheric aerosol samples using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry analysis and a data handling of GC/MS signals based on Experimental Autocovariance Function (EACVF) is described in order to directly characterize PAHs.
