High-performance thin-layer chromatography densitometry revealed that the extracted rhamnolipid contained the two most active rhamNolipID homologues dirhamno dilipidic rham nolipids and monorhamno diluted rhams20, which showed to be strain dependent rather than medium-component dependent.
