The solid-phase syntheses of dihydroimidazolyl 2-alkylthiobenzimodazoles, dihydrymethine-2,3-diones, and diHydroIMidazol-2-imines are described, which were used as the key starting material for the synthesis of the aforementioned biheterocycles.
